I had questions regarding the "finishing touch" paint because I thought it was too much expensive, but when he reviewed the awesome coverage it gives, I was impressed and went with it... The most important thing that any dealership can do with a customer is develop a relationship with their new customers (of which I am) that will become forever customers of which I will be. I love my 2024 Mojave, the truck is beautiful and Jacob Smith provided the fantastic purchasing experience to go along with it.
Conner was very patient and helpful! My toddler was having a meltdown and he didn’t get annoyed or pushy about buying the car. Once we started the financing process he made sure to keep checking in on us and would keep us updated on everything. He gave my husband and I time and space to discuss everything and made the entire process very favorable.

Just had the driver's sun visor break off and needed a replacement right away-westbound 78 at 6PM is a killer without it. Mario jumped right on it and ordered the part from another dealer and Izzy got me an appt in just a few days. Ethan had it installed in the parking lot in just about 15 minutes. Definitely the fastest service appt I've ever had. Many thanks to Ethan, Izzy and Mario for their professionalism and customer service!

My vehicle was scheduled for a servicing. My Service Agent was Mr. Ethan Brumer who did a good job initially. The service mechanic discovered an issue with the left motor mount which would require immediate attention and was relayed to me by Ethan. Mr. Brumer quoted me an initial cost and indicated he would forward the quote via email, which never arrived. I made several phone calls to the Service Department (Pedder Jeep) over several days (2) and never received a call back from this Service Agent

The service was excellent with customer service from (I believe her name is) Liz or Izzy at the service front counter . The part was unfortunately not ordered on time so I had to leave the car overnight. But it was repaired the next day. I had a friendly shuttle driver who gave me a ride home.
Finally fixed an issue I’ve been experiencing for the past 3 years with my truck.
The service department got my car finished quickly and did good work. It was routine maintenance but they got it done quickly and made me aware of upcoming issues I may need to address.

Dealing with Ethan was refreshing, I have been to this dealer numerous times, in the past the experience was fine, then they had a turnover with the staff, things were not so great, no communication, no one answered the phones etc. Now that they seem to have staffed back up, communication is great, some actual care was given to the customer and Ethan was a breath of fresh air.
The service department here is outstanding. I bought my 4 month old Jeep at another local dealership. That other dealership was very unhelpful when my check engine light came on so I took it here instead. I am so glad I did. A unit in the charging system failed (subject to a recall) and I was advised the car should not be driven. Pedder set me up with a rental, and while I was bummed the part was on back order and wouldn't be available for a few weeks, I understood. But Izzy, the service manager (not sure her title) ...

Had a great experience with having an issue repaired. Had to order and then hold parts for me until I was able to be seen. Made me feel like I was a priority. Offered a rental car, but I didn’t need one. Communication was great. Service was quick.

I needed a recall service to register my car. Multiple other Jeep dealers told me they had no parts and couldn’t help me for months.
