Louie, the service representative, was thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. The vehicle had an issue with condensation in the windshield. We had previously taken the truck in for this issue; unfortunately, there were scheduling issues due to vendor availability and it had not been resolved. It was a pleasure buying a car from Pedder of Poway. What has taken over 8 hours when I’ve purchased vehicles in the past was done in less than half the time. The dealership was friendly throughout negotiations and worked with us every step of the way.

My service advisor, Greg, was great. Very responsive throughout. I brought my Jeep Wrangler 4xe in for recall service. He understood the procedures, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of.

Got in on time and was out with in an hour. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Staff was friendly, however their diagnosis was false. VISUAL brake measurement was very inaccurate, recommended replacements. I spent 2 hours at Firestone for a second opinion, they took OFF THE TIRES, measured with the appropriate tool which doubled the measurement from Pedder. Pedder would've taken my money for this false repair report, and their estimate was NOT cheap. They recommended an alignment w/o driving my vehicle or asking questions specific to alignment problems. I had an alignment 2 weeks bf this appt, which is perfect. My initial appt was for an oil change.

Service was outstanding, both time wise and customer service wise. Rescheduled another "drop off" appointment for the Check Engine light that has been on and off (mostly on) since you replaced the engine in late 2023. I certainly hope that you can figure it out this time (you have had it twice prior) as my registration is due in March and I need that light out to get it smogged!!

I made appointment online for the “basic 30k maintenance service. Upon arriving, I read the service bill before signing it and saw they wrote the service bill up for additional services. I had to have them redo the estimate for what I ordered online. . They said the car would be ready in 2 or 3 hours. Well it took 4.5 hours. Upon picking up the car, they had it priced $100 above the estimate! When I asked why, he put it on me to show him what he estimated me at. Thankfully I saw the tiny pdf file titled “document” attached to the email ...

The staff was great, very attentive and friendly. They got me in without any trouble and I loved coming back to a clean car… My only issue was that the they didn’t find the problem that I brought the car in for. It was nice that they updated the software for me, but it didn’t fix the issue that happened again when I pulled back out onto Poway Road when I left.

Gregory Cooper did an excellent job with servicing my car. I was kept informed of the service on my vehicle and when the technician would be finished. I give him a 5 star rating.

the service department since Pedder took over has significantly declined. it's incredibly hard to get an appointment, they don't provide accurate estimates for how long they'll keep your car, and they no longer offer loaner vehicles until after they diagnose the car (which relates to their estimates - they say it'll take 3-4 days to diagnose). We have two 2022 Jeep 4XEs and they have required an inordinate number of service visits, so this is very painful for my family. Post sales service is poor. Follow up regarding items discussed and agreed to during sales is poor. No one seems to know anything and asks for your # to follow up with you, but never does. I, as the customer, should not be the one to initiate follow up.

Two weeks in shop, heater still not working dent in door and it is scratched

They kept my 2024 Jeep Wrangler for seven weeks, and despite replicating the problems (all mechanical issues coming from the right front wheel), they couldn't figure out how to repair it. I got a new hydraulic chain tensioner, new front brakes and rotors, and two new dents in my doors, which they fixed for free. And they managed to put over 100 miles on it in that time. The service advisor, Kevin, was very nice, but it was a colossal waste of time, and the original problems still exist.

After waiting a month for a part for warranty repair for my passenger power window, I returned for the repair and after 2 hours was told the replacement part was defective and a new one would be ordered. I have been informed a new part has been received and I will be scheduling a new appointment. Service representative has been incredibly nice and frustrated. Hope for better results on my next appointment.

My service writer Greg Cooper was excellent. He kept me informed, always took my calls. Helped with communication with the service mechanic. Helped me with returning my rental car. Under very difficult circumstances because they were short handed he kept his conversation even and helpful.

My recent service experience with Greg Cooper, Service Advisor, provided outstanding service ensuring all my vehicles needs were addressed. Work was accomplished as promised with no problems. Greg the shuttle driver is always the most pleasant person who provides timely pick up and delivery to my home and back whenever I have my vehicle in for service.

Scheduled my Gladiator for 10am appointment for a part that was previously damaged when the leather seat was replaced (twice) via warranty. Received a call at 4pm saying that the replacement part was damaged and would need to make another appointment. Tied up the whole day!! Why not check parts when they arrive? This particular part was at your service department for over a month prior to my appointment I've been very disappointed with the service over the last year or so. I go to Poway because it's close however, I may be finding a new dealer soon.

I had questions regarding the "finishing touch" paint because I thought it was too much expensive, but when he reviewed the awesome coverage it gives, I was impressed and went with it... The most important thing that any dealership can do with a customer is develop a relationship with their new customers (of which I am) that will become forever customers of which I will be. I love my 2024 Mojave, the truck is beautiful and Jacob Smith provided the fantastic purchasing experience to go along with it.

I had a terrible experience with the service department at this dealership. My truck was there for a month, and throughout that time, I received zero updates on its status. Multiple times I was told I would be called back at a certain date, but wouldn’t t receive a call. To make matters worse, the service department was broken into during that period, and my keys were stolen. I was never informed about the theft; instead, the staff tried to hand me a new key without any explanation. It wasn't until I noticed my other keys were missing ...

Conner was very patient and helpful! My toddler was having a meltdown and he didn’t get annoyed or pushy about buying the car. Once we started the financing process he made sure to keep checking in on us and would keep us updated on everything. He gave my husband and I time and space to discuss everything and made the entire process very favorable.

They were great , wasn’t hounded when I showed up on lot and all staff was nice , polite and friendly . They answered all my questions and was willing to work with me to make a deal on the 2024 one ton dully that I purchased

Just had the driver's sun visor break off and needed a replacement right away-westbound 78 at 6PM is a killer without it. Mario jumped right on it and ordered the part from another dealer and Izzy got me an appt in just a few days. Ethan had it installed in the parking lot in just about 15 minutes. Definitely the fastest service appt I've ever had. Many thanks to Ethan, Izzy and Mario for their professionalism and customer service!

I'm going through xxxx with car rental reimbursement because I was offered a rental at the time of service so I had to rent a car for 4 days and now they seem to not want to approve my rental.. terrible experience

Ethan was so great making an appointment ASAP for us on a recall for our Jeep Grand Cherokee that was holding up our DMV payment. Greg was the service contact once I brought it in and he was great! It took longer than expected, but he kept me aware of what was going on. So glad to get it fixed!

Phone systems that did not work. Not consistent knowledge among team members with regards to what was happening. Left a message for manager to please call me back- never heard back.

How service remains in business is a mystery. After dropping my truck off for service, I heard nothing for two days. Getting through to service is nearly impossible and my calls remained unreturned. I learned that after two days they hadn’t even touched the car. I left with my truck and I will not be returning.

Justin was great when helping me buy my car. He was very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions. He took the time to follow up/check in with me days later to make sure I was happy and acknowledged any questions or concerns I may have had. All around great experience!
